Flooring
With the exception of the utility room, bathrooms, and porch, all floors are solid hardwood. To maintain the hand-crafted theme milling marks were left in the flooring which gives the floors a unique texture. The utility room and bathrooms are floored with ceramic tile. The porch flooring is finished pine plank.

Utilities
The house is connected to city water. Sewer is a gravity flow septic system. A central electric heat pump system provides year around efficient climate control. The utility room includes washer and dryer connections. The electric washer and dryer set currently in the utility room are included in the sale.
Furniture and Fixtures
Many of the furniture pieces are made from solid bark-on finished hickory, a style popular in second home cabins and cottages all across America. The light fixtures are hand-crafted metals carefully chosen to match furnishings. The great room, the loft, and the porch each have a ceiling fan. |

Kitchen
All kitchen cabinetry is solid maple (as are all bathroom cabinets). Countertops are solid real granite. The Frigidaire appliance set includes a full-size full-featured refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range with oven, and a microwave oven (a washer/dryer set in the utility room is also included).

The "W" shape of the screened porch eliminates the need to lean from side to side when taking in a 180 degree view angle. The ceiling beams are hand-hewn. |
Porches
The front porch, which has a hardwood plank floor, measures approximately 8' wide by 14' long. The screened porch is off the kitchen and looks over the riverfront. This is the ideal spot for morning coffee and evening meals! |
11.Guest bathroom

Guest bathroom sink counter is solid granite. The mirror frame is custom made. Shower tub is the bowed curtain in photo right. |
Three Full Bathrooms
All three full bathrooms have shower tubs. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom. The guest bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom. The third bathroom is in the basement. Both upstairs bathrooms have maple cabinets matching the kitchen cabinetry. The guest bath includes a beautiful handcrafted mirror frame. |
