Dish and hand towels are included. Grocery stores are 10 minutes away if you want to stock up.

The front deck, the screened porch, and the patio give you 3 spots to choose from for enjoying outdoor relaxation. The 8' X 20'  deck accessed from the kitchen has a view of the river. Comfortable deck furniture lets you truly relax. Automatic outside lighting provides illumination after sunset.

The screened porch has a panoramic view of the White River. It also has a ceiling fan, a 4-place game table, and a swing. This screened porch has 2 entrances, one from the front deck, the other from the living room.

And last but not least, in the yard is a rock patio with a stone fire pit and a great view of the White River. Sit on comfortable outdoor furniture chatting about the big one that got away. Or tell ghost stories while roasting hot dogs, marshmallows, and smores. Fire up tasty steaks and burgers on the BBQ grill.   Any way you use it, the yard is a great spot for sitting in front of a toasty fire on a cool evening.
